​About:

​

This is the third edition of the VOYZX International Exhibition of Contemporary Surrealism in Vancouver.

The live exhibition will be supported by 3D virtual version of the show and featuring on Artsper. This along with

featuring participating artists on global marketplaces open unique exposure and sales opportunities.

 

To apply for exhibition artists must submit up to 5 images of their works and CV for consideration. The non-refundable application fee is US$15.-

VOYZX Fine Art Project provides ongoing notification of accepted / declined submissions. Accepted artists will be provided with the exhibition contract.

​

The cost of participation per artwork:

• Artworks size up to 30”x30” (76.2cm x 76.2cm): CA$249 + GST (5%) per artwork

• Artworks size over 30”x30” and up to 48”x48” (122.0cm x 122.0cm): CA$477 + GST (5%) per artwork

• Artworks size over 48”x48” and up to 60”x60” (152.4cm x 152.4cm): CA$715 + GST (5%) per artwork

• 3D Virtual version of the exhibition to expand the audience

• Viewing room related to the exhibition on Artsy.net (duration 2 weeks started from the exhibition opening day)

• Opening or Closing reception (licenced, beverages, wine, snacks are free for visitors)

• Artworks handling and temporary storage (3 working days) prior and (3 working days) after the exhibition (artworks up to 48”x48”, larger sizes – contact us)

• Artworks deliveries between temporary storage and exhibition (artworks up to 48”x48”, larger sizes – please contact)

• Installation (exhibition hall is the part of the museum and no self-installation is allowed)

• Exhibition tags

• Sales assistance

• Dismounting, handling, and packaging of works

• Participating artwork + one additional and participating artist will be featured on the major marketplace platforms for the period of one month in which an exhibition will be held

• One copy of the catalogue

• 24/7 surveillance

 

Accepted artists will be invited to submit additional information.

Important: submitted images must be top quality, high resolution - 300 dpi, and size 1Mb - 5 Mb each. Images will be used for digital and printing versions of the exhibition catalogue.
